Why You Should Use Photoshop Brushes
So, you have made a great looking graphic. But, other sites have awesome graphics. You begin to add filters and then your graphic looks cool, but still not as high as the other sites' graphics. What to do? How to do it? Well, I'll tell you how!

Tutorial Steps
Now, to get to the tutorial. This tutorial will show you the magic of Photoshop and brushes. My goal is to use only 2 brushes on a black background
to create a dark like atmosphere. Well, let's start!
I first downloaded 2 brushes, one from Celestial-star.net and the other from Deviantart. I searched "Stars".
The second step is to open Photoshop. I took a 500 x 400 file and filled the background layer with black. This is what I got till now:
The third step is to pick the brush. I load the brushes I downloaded by first extracting them, then I select the brush tool and click the small arrow at the left
and select load brushes. I take the first star brushes that I downloaded from Celestial-star.net
Here is what I got:
The last step is to load the other brush that I downloaded from Deviantart and use the stars too. Here is what I got, and the finished product:
